• Payment information: subscription plan details. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we never store your card details
• Device information: device type, operating system, and app version for debugging and performance purposes

• Photos: images you upload for your profile or venue listings

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your Roven account
• Display your profile to other members within the app
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Send you notifications about events, bookings, and activity relevant to you
• Improve the app's features and fix issues

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate Roven:

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g. payment records).

Roven is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.

The Roven mobile app does not use cookies. Our website (joinroven.co.uk) may use essential cookies to ensure the site functions correctly. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
